Privacy and cookies

Information you send us

The name, e-mail address, phone number and message you enter in the contact form are used only to answer your request and to send you a quote. Your request is forwarded to our team by e-mail. We do not share this information with third parties for marketing; it is processed on our behalf only by our hosting and e-mail service providers.

Together with the form, we record technical information about where the request came from: the first page you visited, campaign parameters (utm) and, if any, the ad click identifier (gclid). We use this only to measure which of our ads lead to requests. It is kept in your browser only for that visit and is not stored as a persistent cookie.

Cookies

Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent. If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to see how our pages are visited and whether our ads lead to a form, a call or a WhatsApp message. This information is processed by Google.

Before you consent, the Google tag runs in Consent Mode: no cookies are written to your device and no identifier is stored. Only cookieless measurement signals (for example, that a page was viewed and standard technical browser information) are sent to Google for statistical modelling. If you reject, this does not change and no cookies are used.

Your rights

You can send requests concerning your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to info@merkezpatent.com. The Turkish version of this notice prevails in case of discrepancy.
